When the notification only states 3.5 × 4.5 cm (or another cm size), export that exact pixel grid at 300 DPI. You do not need a studio template — a clear phone photo on a plain wall is enough to start.
Upload, align the crop to the locked aspect, and download JPG at the preset pixel size. If a KB tool is also required, run the 20/50/100 KB compressor after dimensions look correct.
JPG export flattens transparency to white (or a colour you pick). That is a fill, not AI matting — follow the form’s dress code and lighting rules yourself.
