A few forms still accept PNG, but the 50 KB ceiling is hard for screenshots and logos because PNG has no JPEG-style quality slider — this tool shrinks dimensions until the cap is met.
Encoder quality is not meaningful for PNG here, so the search lowers width and height in steps until the file is at or under the target. Start from a tight crop to avoid shrinking a huge screenshot into a blur.
It does not convert PNG to JPG — use the photo-to-JPG tool if the form rejects PNG. HEIC from iPhones must be exported to JPG first.
